Located in historic Marblehead, this new residence (under construction) borrows architectural massing and details from the surrounding neighborhoods. Outside, the client desired the new home to blend in with the New England vernacular style and include architectural features found in the area. Inside, it’s a whole different story. A meticulously designed contemporary interior features open intercommunicating spaces, interior balconies, cathedral ceilings, well appointed master bathroom, cherry hardwood floors and a custom designed kitchen for the aspiring gourmet chef. Completing the contemporary effect are several well-placed skylights, filling the home with natural light.
