Located in the Olmstead Historic District in Swampscott, MA. This addition, highlighted by classical columns with ornate interior architectural detailing, easily fulfills the client’s requirement that it “must not look” like an addition. Beautifully detailed and meticulously constructed coffered ceilings, wainscot paneling, and Doric columns add charm and warmth to the new garden room. RNA worked closely with North Shore Kitchens Plus in designing an elegant new kitchen featuring custom cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Two sets of French doors provide access to the surrounding stone patios and landscaped gardens.
